slashreload is a static website: no accounts, no cookies, no ads and no trackers.
Who runs it
slashreload is a free, non-commercial project run by Cristóbal Ruiz Lorite under the Crintech Studios brand. You can get in touch through crintech.pro.
Hosting and statistics
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without building personal profiles.
The adventurer card
When you look up a character, the realm and name you type are sent to our server function and to the Blizzard Battle.net API to fetch that character’s public profile. The answer is cached for up to one hour (never more than 30 days) to avoid repeating calls to Blizzard. We don’t keep a record of who looked up what. Character data is provided by Blizzard “as is”; if Blizzard hides or removes a character, it disappears here once the cache expires.
We never ask for, receive or store your Battle.net password or account details.
Forum signatures
If you create a forum signature, we store the realm, the character name and the generated image so the signature can be served and kept up to date. While the signature is being viewed, it is redrawn with fresh data from Blizzard at least every 6 hours; everything is deleted after 30 days without views, or straight away if Blizzard no longer shows the character. The drawing happens on our own server, and nothing about who created the signature is stored.

Some pages link to other services (Ko-fi, Blizzard forums and support). Their own privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
Because we don’t keep personal data about visitors, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete. For any question, get in touch through crintech.pro.
